Welcome to the Center for Haitian Ministries, an online clearinghouse for information on ministry to the Haitian diaspora. This website is unique in that it attempts to provide up-to-date and accurate information about Haiti and ministry to the Haitian people. In the following pages you will be introduced to the ministry needs of the Haitian diaspora in countries such as the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, the British and French West Indies, French Guiana, the U.S. and Canada. Our purpose in providing this site is threefold: First, to collect and disseminate accurate information about Haitians to those who minister to the Haitian diaspora. Second, to encourage prayer for the Haitian people, both those in Haiti and in diaspora. Third, to facilitate a holistic evangelical ministry to the Haitian people, especially those in diaspora. This includes evangelism, discipleship, church planting, community development, and political advocacy.
