There are many the internet service providers.
Digicel provides the less expensive (HT $ 1000, the edge gprs modem/ HT $ 400 a month) but the terms will kill u. Dial-up access, gprs only run with Vista op Xp. Win 7, Mac, Linux are not compatible, u cannot use internet phone line like magic jack.
