Boutilier Haiti

I love Boutilier in Haiti, Every time I go to Boutilier there is this spot that, I've been told, is under the care of the department of tourism.
it is a spot where at the top of the mountains of boutilier where you can actually see the entire valley called Port-au-prince underneath, from beying the airport all the way around past carefour.
this spot has an amazing view except for the fact that it is not cared for.
Boutilier could be a really amazing tourist attraction for everyone who comes to port-au-prince.
