Woodring Saint Preux encourages all Haitians to donate $18.04 to the Barack Obama Campaign
"If each and every Haitian donates exactly $18.04 to Barack Obama, "he says," then he will know for sure that all that donation came from the Haitian Community."
"if 500,000 Haitian Americans donate $18.04 each," he continues, "the Haitian American community will have donated over 9 Million Dollars to his campaign."
