new transportation in haiti

I was watching the news on CANAL 11 Jumptv about transportation in haiti, and I heard that they are about to modernize the transportation system in Haiti meaning they are puting Buses New Buses on the road. From what I understand, there about 75 Buses in sevice already, and 300 more to come Remember CONATRA anyone?
