I spoke with family members and the water lowered again, it’s about knee high. Nevertheless, assistant has not made its way to Gonaives.
And from the news I’m seeing and hearing online, assistant is not making its way anywhere fast. I pray for all in Haiti and in New Orleans during this disastrous moment.
