It's the same thing every year. Hurricane season, structural damage, lost of lives followed by the inevitable demand for help from the diaspora and the international community: two entities that natif natal Haitians despise and yet solicit from at every turn. You would think the haitian state would impose construction guidelines and requirements to combat erosion.

But no! The elected officials are too busy stealing and magouilling.

Why are the surrounding islands green with vegetation and Haiti brown uniformly from the air?
