The mayor of Hennery Haiti reports to Radio Ginen that the city of Hennery is flooded.

The bridge of Hennery collapsed, a bridge that has been there for many decades complete collapsed.

"Hurricane jeanne did not take the bridge," says the mayor, "but tropical storm Hanna took it away".

Hennery Haiti is the hometown of Toussaint Louverture, the father of the Haitian Independence.

"I have never seen this before", the mayor continues, "we cannot tell you thus far how many dead we have but the town of Hennery is completely destroyed, houses, farms, and farm animals are non existent."
