I spoke to family members who are there yesterday afternoon.
I was told me that it started to rain heavily again.
The sea level was rising higher even though it has not gone down from last week's storm Gustav.
It is not looking good for them. No one can leave town. All the habitants close to the ocean and the main river there are heading for the hills as we were speaking.
