Hurricane Ike Delivered a Knockout Blow to Haiti

Last week, according to Time Magazine, Hurricane Ike delivered the knockout blow to Haiti.

Hurricane Ike swallowed the bridges and roads that provided humanitarian access to the worst-hit areas oin Haiti.

Eight of the country's 10 geographic departments have been flooded, hundreds of Haitians are dead, tens of thousands are homeless, and hundreds of thousands are cut off from humanitarian aid.

Since the birth of tropical storm Fay, Haiti has bee getting hit virtually every week by a storm or a hurricane, Fay, Gustav, Hanna, now Ike.

More storms are coming...
