My question is what have we been doing since 1804?
Every time we have a problem we relly on International community to help us out.Most of the carribean countries able to restain a storm of category 1, but haiti unable to restain any storm, we need to stop cuting down our trees and government needs to stop redirect the fund to their personal account, thats called stealing.
