Yesterday Haiti's new Prime Minister Michele Pierre-Louis declared to the press that as many as one million people have been left homeless after Haiti got hit by four storms in a matter of weeks.

Haiti has about 8.5 million people, that means nearly 10% ofthe Haitian population is homeless.

So far there has been abou 600 deaths attributed to these four storms but the damages caused by the storms will add more pain to Haiti's misery.
