New System Prevent flooding in Haiti

In one of the islands of the coast Haiti, the local residents built 3 dozen walls from the top of the mountain down.

I that island there was no crop loss and no houses was lost to the hurricanes.

This idea was conceived by world vision it's been said that the Haitian president wants to adopt this modelon the main land.
