Haiti Must Speak English

By: Antonio Pinchinat - November 2 2008, 1:36 PM

I note with pleasure that Haitians " WANT HAITI TO SPEAK ENGLISH ".

That makes sense.

HAITI is MEMBER COUNTRY in CARICOM (the Carribbean Community).

ENGLISH IS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF CARICOM.

Therefore ENGLISH applies to HAITI.

HAITI MUST OFFICIALLY SPEAK ENGLISH: NOW !
