A Nation is a country with a dinstinctive LANGUAGE, FIX POPULATION, SPECIFIC LANDMASS, AND CULTURE.

YOU TAKE AWAY ITS LANGAUGE U TAKE AWAY ITS IDENTITY.

ITS a globalized world!.

Im haitian and i speak 4 languages maybe its about time those other caribbean developpin countries make an effort because they clearly have the political and economics means for it. Haiti on other hand is in the middle of a political and social crisis, forcing haitians to speak english only add to their problems.

We are one of the few french speakin island in the caribbean, a part of the minority.

It is advantages to speak english since most business transaction is administered in english in the global economy, but to force haitians to speak english is unconstitutional and violates our rights to express ourselves!
