It's not about forcing haitians to speak english.It's should be done, because it would demystified that speaking french culture is an intellectual thing in haiti.And that would open up the country to a true path of development.
Eliminates poverty, promotes literacy, reopens tourism once again that's what the english language would do for haiti my beloved and lovely country.Love you all.
