Good day Brothers and Haitians sisters, my name is Louis Reynold and I, m leaving in DR-Congo since December 1999, afer more than 10 years and unfortunately after the tragic event of 12 Jan 2010 someone name Jean Francois David pretended that he the General Consul of Haiti in Congo, if someone can please clarify this Haitian Consulate in Congo cause it, s the firt time I heard that and this guy is started collected money from our community in the name of Haitian victims
