If it become a tropical storm it will be called tropical storm kyle but while it is not yet a storm it is enough to flood Haiti again.

according to Weather.com, the hurricane season is not over yet.

There is an area of low pressure near PuertoRico that is already caussing massive floods in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

This area of low pressure is heading for Haiti.

That's bad news for Haiti, a country which is already in a state of crisis with 10 percent of the poplation screaming for help from the last four storms.

Already, Puerto Rico is reporting about 25 inches of rain, and parts of the dominican republic is already inundated.

Haiti is next, the weather.com reporter says it's going to rain for the next 24 to 40 hours of so.

What could this mean for Haiti?

let us hold our breath and hope for the best.
