Cap-Haitien Haiti - It is beginning to Rain

So far there has been no reports of hurricane activities and Cap- Haitien but it started raining early this morning.
Not heavily but light rain has started in the North department of Haiti.
Many businesses are closed and everyone is ready.
Authorities have alerted all Haitian citizens who live in high risk areas.
They have all been notified to evacuate.
