The rain just start to fall again in Port au Prince Haiti at 2PM haiti time on Wednesday September 3rd.
The Haitian weather center announced earlier today that there is more wind and rain on the way for the northern part of Haiti and that tropical storm Hanna is only 100 kilometers north of Fort Liberte.
