Hi Woody, the answer is no I had never been to Kenscoff Haiti.
When I was in Haiti in the 1950's - 60's only rich people live in Kenscoff and I was not rich. Smile, may be now with over $1200.00 a month social security retirement benefits I may consider rich in Kenscoff but what about Health Insurance.
