I have not spoken to anyone there but I have family member who have. My cousin, who’s in the middle of it, communicating by cellular, told my aunt that the water had lowered but rose again.
The conditions are horrible: People on rooftops, hunger, and no help from any agency but the only way they will be able to receive supplies is by way of helicopters.
